The choir tour of the János Zsigmond Unitarian High School is a vibrant cultural journey that spans multiple cities along the East Coast of the United States. After more than two decades since their last tour in the region, the school’s energetic group of 40 students and five chaperones is returning to rekindle long-standing friendships and share their rich musical heritage. Over the course of the tour, the choir will perform at least ten different venues, including churches, seminaries, and cultural institutions in Maryland, Virginia, Washington D.C., Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, and Massachusetts. The tour is not just a musical showcase, but also a cultural bridge — promoting unity, heritage, and shared human values through a diverse repertoire that blends Hungarian folk songs, international classics, and powerful contemporary pieces. This tour promises to be a heartfelt celebration of connection, tradition, and youthful joy, brought to life by a spirited ensemble that sings not just with their voices, but with their hearts.
